    I have been in the same situation before. I think I ended up Googling it, after going to the companies website and thinking 'no way I'm going to find what I need.' Definitely a big hole/missed opportunity in the brand architecture and execution if a customer would choose to go to a website other than the companies to get general product or food information (not product reviews).

    PS. I really enjoy your flow charts and mind maps.

    Michael, LOL--I was JUST having this same internal dialogue this week about the same issue--they sell these things 2 to a package. Naturally, you probably bring one to work, like I do. So then you try to figure out how long they need to cook, and you, like me, find zippo instructions. If they can print the folding info on the sleeve, they can put the cooking instructions on it. A failure in information design, for sure.
